The Peer Review will review test and QA all newly built products and product changes within our system.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with other team members and internal customers to review, test and QA newly built products and product changes; making corrections as needed
  • Test eTicket Products
  • Work with external partners to gain approval of eTicket and Vouchers in respect to appearance and functionality
  • Post notifications of new products
  • Review inventory from sales reports against system values when applicable
  • Maintain accurate and detailed spreadsheets
  • Work with other Website Production teams as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


  • Candidate must be extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Candidate must be able to work on several projects simultaneously and possess the ability to switch between them seamlessly
  • Candidate must possess the ability to maintain focus in a busy, collaborative and occasionally loud environment Strong writing skills with the ability to accurately document work performed is a must
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various internet browsers
  • Candidate needs to possess an intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally in a professional manner
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems and the leisure/travel industry is a plus
  • Previous experience working in a help desk or technical environment is a plus.
