EBG is looking for a dynamic person to help build a performance driven team. We are growing very quickly so we need a “hands on” person with diverse experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, and Project Management including customer interaction and direct work with other technical team members and architects to help analyze, understand, document requirements and coordinate delivery of innovative systems development, enhancement, and maintenance activities for EBG websites.
The IT Delivery Manager position is a member of a team of information systems architects, business analysts, developers, quality assurance analysts, and technical leads that develop, integrate, and maintain all of EBG’s entertainment and travel product websites and internal corporate applications. The current technical platform for most EBG systems includes Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP and entails the usage of a significant number of external APIs for integrating to a wide variety of technology partners. The candidate should have familiarity with traditional waterfall and agile/iterative software development lifecycle methodologies and be able to apply and operate comfortably in both approaches.
The IT Delivery Manager must have strong communication and organizational skills to help analyze, define scope, identify critical activities, communicate and coordinate efforts among multiple stakeholders, and be able to help lead and manage some project activities for multiple simultaneous projects each lasting from only days to multiple months. The Delivery Manager should exhibit a desire to grow with the company, take pride in their work, and fit well within a very collaborative multi-level team environment.
