Entertainment Benefits Group is seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual with a passion for leading and energizing a professional inside sales team. We are searching for a decisive, proven leader who is excited by entrepreneurial challenges with proven sales experience and strong analytical, managerial and communication skills. The Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a sales team to acquire NEW clients for TicketsatWork and generating sales to ensure we meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives.  They will be responsible for managing KPI’s, ensuring the sales team is executing their job according to company and department process and protocol. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Account Executives in an engaging, motivating and cohesive work environment, ensuring they are trained to successfully bring on new Corporate Clients for our HR benefits platform, TicketsatWork.
  • Ability to evaluate sales performance using an analytical and strategic mindset, supporting educated decision that drive performance and results.
  • Monitor and manage new client acquisition targets and KPI’s on an individual and team basis, ensuring Account Executives have a clear understanding and direction regarding performance expectations.
  • Manage performance related to outbound calls, talk time and email communications that meet/exceed individual and team targets.
  • Provide coaching, feedback and guidance that results in desired performance and employee fulfilment.
  • Foster an environment that supports our company core values around employee and customer satisfaction and experience.

 

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years direct management experience with an inside sales team, preferably of 15+ employees
  • Experience working with SalesForce.com or a similar CRM
  • Proficient with Excel and ability to create and maintain reporting as needed
  • Proven results in a high paced sales environment
  • Proven ability to lead and coach a large team of sales professionals
  • Inside sales management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • High energy & outgoing with the ability to lead a team and remain focused on goals
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and oral
  • Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team through change management with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
