Call Center Representative

Location: Orlando

The Call Center Representative is an energetic and enthusiastic person who can sell fun and help our customers create memorable experiences by providing guidance on selecting theme parks, hotels and special events and assisting them with their reservations and purchases. The Call Center Associate acts as a trusted advisor using product knowledge, great listening and probing skills to provide exemplary service to customers and be able to up sell and cross sell our products. This is a sales position with an emphasis on meeting sales goals, as well as additional performance criteria.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls to promote theme parks, hotels, attractions, special events and other entertainment products
  • Use product knowledge to assist with planning and creating exciting experiences for our customers
  • Anticipate customer’s needs while exceeding their expectations; go the extra mile to engage the customer
  • Make reservations, place orders, cross sell and up sell travel/hospitality products
  • Assist with all customer inquiries by providing accurate information.
  • Meet personal and team targets for sales and other key performance metrics
  • Handle sales transactions with thoroughness and accuracy, documenting each order/reservation as per standard operating procedure.
  • Act as a gatekeeper to safeguard personal customer information (PCI)
  • Adhere to defined schedule as provided by the Workforce Management team
  • Other job-related duties as needed


  • Sales experience, preferably in a call center environment; experience in guest relations and/or phone reservations is acceptable
  • High energy, positive, confident attitude; team player who can also thrive in a competitive environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
