The Call Center Representative is an energetic and enthusiastic person who can sell fun and help our customers create memorable experiences by providing guidance on selecting theme parks, hotels and special events and assisting them with their reservations and purchases. The Call Center Associate acts as a trusted advisor using product knowledge, great listening and probing skills to provide exemplary service to customers and be able to up sell and cross sell our products. This is a sales position with an emphasis on meeting sales goals, as well as additional performance criteria.
