Coordinator, Operational Learning

The role of Coordinator, Operational Learning will interact closely with our Operational Trainers and our Knowledge Coordinator to align our training initiatives for both new and existing employees within the Operations Team (Call Center, Customer Care, TPS, etc.). In doing so, this role will be responsible to assist the development of a comprehensive e-learning library by creating new learning content within our LMS system for new and on-going training based on topics defined through collaboration between the Operational Training Team and the leadership team of each department.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of a comprehensive e-learning library by creating new learning content within our LMS system.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting on the performance of established training initiatives.
  • Assist with developing new training material (Job Aids, QRGs, Operational Process Change Memos, etc.), as needed.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the Operational Training Team to ensure that the most up to date policies and procedures are being relayed to new and existing staff alike.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Proficiency with the use of the Microsoft Product suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, Etc.)
  • Previous experience developing written and electronic learning material a plus.
  • Applicant must be willing and eager to become the SME on operational policies and procedures.
  • The ability to communicate professionally and effectively, ensuring special attention to proper grammar/syntax usage is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are a must.
  • Ability to work independently over prolonged periods of time.
