Account Executive, New Business

Provide world class service while achieving sales goals for the expansion of our customer base and revenues for TicketsatWork. The New Business Account Representative will be responsible for account management, the execution of promotional strategies and campaigns, and for growing revenue and registered users in targeted industries across the country. New Business, Account Representative will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT.”


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a fast paced Tele-sales office environment

  • Builds and maintains meaningful relationships with clients

  • Prospect for new clients using provided tools and resources

  • Ability to work independently while managing your time and business

  • Achieve and outperform goals

  • Introduce clients to TicketsatWork using provided marketing tools and conducting virtual site demos.

  • Effectively sign up companies for TicketsatWork

  • Attend industry events, meetings and local association meetings when needed, to generate leads

  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal skills, can effectively communicate and relate with people on all levels

  • Highly motivated self-starter

  • Proven ability to take initiative and persevere to obtain goals

  • Ability to work well in a team selling environment

  • Values direct, honest communication and feedback

  • Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly
