Steve is the Vice President of Digital Strategy & Experience, joining Entertainment Benefits Group (EBG) in June 2018. He is responsible for developing and managing the digital product management organization, its user experience (UX) and experimentation teams, all in support of EBG's corporate and public platforms.
Prior to EBG, he spent nearly nine years at Carnival Cruise Lines in various capacities, most recently as Director of Digital Product. In that role, Frier was predominantly focused on driving product innovation for booking channels and providing product leadership in data mapping efforts across the full guest journey. Before that, he’d held roles at several digital agencies like Razorfish and Trafficbuyer Digital.
Frier received his Bachelor’s degree from Iona College.
