Bill Deitz is the Vice President of Operations – Guest Services. Bill is responsible for managing departments including our Call Center, Customer Care, Premium Concierges and Quality Assurance.
Bill’s career in the hospitality industry is extensive with over 25 years of leadership, analytical and financial experience in both theme park onsite operations and hotel operations. Previous companies include Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts, Marriott Vacation Club International and Ritz-Carlton. While at Disney, Bill received Walt Disney’s Partners in Excellence Award for his dedication in cast excellence, guest satisfaction and business results.
Bill studied emergency medical services at Asheville-Buncombe Technical College.
