IT Support Analyst Level I

Location: Orlando

The IT Support Analyst I must be able to provide technical hardware and software support to networked installations of desktops and laptops running primarily Microsoft operating systems in a domain environment. He or she, also will be responding to support requests via phone, email and in person to a rapidly growing company.

 

Qualifications

  • 2 + years of IT helpdesk experience
  • Experience with account creation, deletion, and changes in Active Directory and Exchange
  • Experience with setup and troubleshooting in Windows 7/10, PC Hardware and Software, Printer Hardware, MS Office 2010/2013
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory Users and Computers, DNS, etc.
  • Understanding of Terminal Server environment
  • Understanding of SonicWALL’s or comparable firewalls and routers, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, and Wireless networks
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally, in a professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, be a strong team player, and have strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Must possess excellent problem solving skills and an ability to find, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using whatever outside resources (i.e. research) are required.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be available to work after hour emergencies

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certifications like MCP, MCSA, MCDST, A+, Network+, Security+
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Mac familiarity
  • ShoreTel phone system
