Call Center Representative

Location: Orlando

The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling incoming reservation calls in a fast-growing company. Additionally, this position is responsible for taking orders from guests as well as providing guidance on selecting theme parks, hotels and special events promoting exciting products to hundreds of local and national clients. This is a sales position and there is a very strong emphasis on using product knowledge, great listening and probing skills to provide exemplary service to customers and be able to up sell our products.


  • Working in a call center environment answering inbound calls from guests
  • Promote theme parks, hotels, attractions, special events and other entertainment products
  • Make reservations and orders, cross selling and up selling products
  • Learn product knowledge details by participating in team meetings and off-site training programs
  • Provide assistance and answer all phone inquiries from guests
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Call center, retail or guest service experience preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
  • Experienced background in guest relations and/or phone reservations
  • High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
  • Positive, confident attitude is a must to be competitive in this position
