Partner Development Manager, Music & Sports

Location: New York

The Partner Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing music and sports relationships, develop co-op marketing arrangements with partners and quotas by maintaining a high level of activity including prospecting and proposal generation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the build and execution of new products and updates to existing products

  • Aggressively pursue and follow up with potential new supplier partners

  • Negotiate rates and develop pricing

  • Monitor all EBG sites for accuracy and optimization

  • Identify opportunities to create efficiencies with our existing processes

  • Perform professional presentations to new supplier partner prospects

  • Meet or exceed individual and team quotas

  • Analyze reports and build strategic plans to increase partner sales

  • Travel and attend industry events representing the brand

  • Create and execute strategic campaigns

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years experience in entertainment and/or travel industry is required

  • Event ticketing and/or experience in working with box offices

  • Analytical and ROI focused with strong quantitative skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications

  • Analytical with strong quantitative skills

  • High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently

  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner

  • Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills

  • Outgoing & fun, excel at meeting people and building relationships

  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidate will have a background in Sales / Telecommunications

  • SalesForce experience

  • Knowledge and extensive relationships throughout the live entertainment industry
