Operation Coordinator, Premium Tickets

Location: New York

The Operation Coordinator, Premium Tickets will work with the Director of Operations to ensure all orders are systematically processed and fulfilled correctly. This will be done by following correct procedures and utilizing the appropriate technology for inventory management, order processing, fulfillment and all issue management relating to the exchanges. The right candidate possesses proven skills to identify and solve issues independently, communicate effectively, set or improve on processes and has a strong knowledge of software management.


  • Monitor the day to day functions of the department
  • Process orders, manage inventory fulfillment and handle any issues that need attention
  • Ensure multiple software platforms are running properly and ensure accuracy of all systems and communications
  • Maintain operational efficiency
  • Monitor Order Que through Autoprocessor or other software platforms
  • Work with exchanges to troubleshoot problematic orders
  • Work with Orlando Shipping team to make sure orders are being shipped
  • Maintain constant and effective communication with management teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Ability to provide guidance and implementation support to both the technical and business application teams on systems interfacing with integration platform
  • Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Must possess a strong desire to deliver superior results
  • Knowledge of diverse business functions with a focus on box office operations or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to effectively articulate insights and recommend action
  • Proven ability to identify issues and develop and implement effective solutions independently
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when required
  • BS/BA in Business Administration or related field required
  • Ticket Industry experience is required
