Marketing Coordinator

Location: New York

The Marketing Coordinator will support the development of a strong brand presence to increase awareness and drive sales for EBG Premium Experiences. Working closely with the Director or Marketing, s/he will support existing marketing programs and assist in the development and execution of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions including social media, digital marketing, content development, advertising and communications.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in developing, monitoring and implementing marketing initiatives
  • Assist in creating content for social media platforms, website, emails, and newsletters
  • Manage social media calendar and accounts
  • Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure optimization of social media efforts
  • Assist with development of marketing and sales materials including presentations, proposals, one-sheets, and promotional materials
  • Assist with analyzing campaign metrics and compiling weekly/monthly marketing reports
  • Maintain an up-to-date digital library of marketing and sales materials and visual assets
  • Provide event, conference, and trade show support
  • Champion brand identity and consistency across all materials

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing
  • Well-versed in multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) as well as previous experience managing professional social media accounts
  • Strong writing, editing and communication skills
  • Experience creating, sourcing and developing engaging visuals for social media (images, graphics, video)
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google, etc), SEO, and keyword research
  • Familiarity with photo editing software including Photoshop
  • Proficiency with full MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity required.
  • Design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications (or relevant experience)
