Executive Assistant

Location: New York

The Executive Assistant will be responsible to support the SVP team by performing a variety of executive administrative functions including answering phones, maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, filing and prepares reports as necessary. At times, this position will also support the CEO and other executives as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages calendars, independently schedules appointments
  • Compose and prepare company confidential documents and other complex documents
  • Follow up on action items as directed
  • Assist with outside contractors
  • Other duties as directed


  • Minimum of 4 years executive administrative support experience
  • Excellent PC skills with demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Detail oriented, multitasker, able to plan, prioritize and execute multiple and concurrent activities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and changes in priorities
  • Must be flexible with schedule
  • Must be able to keep all company information confidential

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business or related program
