Partner Development Coordinator

Location: Las Vegas

The Partner Development Coordinator is responsible for the execution of tasks and duties that are instrumental to the success of the Partner Development Team. Responsibilities include: the building and maintainenance of all products on EBG’s transactional platforms through its proprietary technology database; coordination and contribution to the content and monthly production of the Las Vegas ShowTickets Magazine; reporting, tracking and analyzing sales reports and evaluating trends; performing competitive analysis to ensure that EBG maintains a favorable position in the marketplace.

Essential Functions

  • Own the build and execution of new products and updates to existing products
  • Monitor all EBG sites for accuracy and optimization
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiencies with existing products
  • Support and assist in developing and executing new marketing programs to support product partners 
  • Assist management with the composition and analysis of sales reports
  • Generate professional marketing proposals and partner recaps
  • Improve department productivity by coordinating with all cross-functional teams including Accounting, Fulfillment, Web Production and Marketing.
  • Gather all marketing materials for the monthly ShowTickets Magazine publication
  • Manage rack card inventory for Las Vegas supplier partners
  • Support management by creating competitive analysis and monitoring industry trends
  • Ability to problem solve, collaborate and multi-task in team environment
  • Set and achieve personal daily, weekly and annual goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years ticketing experience in the entertainment, hospitality and/or travel industry
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the internet
  • Analytical with strong quantitative skills
  • High energy, ability to remain focused on goals
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to anticipate departmental/management needs with extreme attention to detail
