Location: Las Vegas

The primary job of the Receptionist is to greet team members and guests and perform office duties as assigned.



Duties and Responsibilities


  • Greet vendors, guests and visitors following the prescribed visitor process
  • Monitor inventory and order of office supplies
  • Scheduling conference rooms for meetings
  • Receive deliveries
  • Perform additional general office duties as assigned




  • Have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a professional demeanor and professional appearance at all times while on duty
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
  • High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
  • Outgoing personality
